Azienda Agricola Vilar is a small estate of 4.5 hectares located near the town of Marano di Isera, in the province of Trentino, in the north of Italy. Luigi Spagnolli and his partner Ivana produce only 20 000 bottles a year from various indigenous varieties such as Nosiola, Marzemino, Lagrein or Teroldego. Luigi currently farms organically and has plans to convert to biodynamic methods.
