The vineyards of Tenuta Vitereta cover 50 hectares in a hilly area located near the town of Vitereta in the Tuscan province of Arezzo, Italy. The climate is typically Mediterranean, with a rain-free summer, rainfall in autumn and spring, and cold and dry winters. Ideal, therefore, for growing vines organically. Tenuta Vitereta also produces olive oil, cultivates various cereals, makes its own ham and salami with its own pigs as well as sheep cheese.
