Domaine des Rouges Queues is located in Sampigny-Les-Maranges, a small village at the southern end of the Côte d'Or, in the French region of Burgundy. Created in May 1989, Maranges is one of the most recent appellation in Burgundy. Isabelle and Jean-Yves Vantey started the domain in 1998 with only one hectare of Pinot Noir. Since then, they have expanded to six hectares and now produce red and white wines across eight different appellations, including Maranges 1er Cru, Santenay and Hautes Côtes de Beaune. Isabelle and Jean-Yves have been working biodynamically since 2008.
